Shipping costs:

Domestic (US) and Canada (CA):

• For orders with a value above USD 200: free shipping (UPS Express Saver®, DDP)
• For orders with a value up to USD 200: USD 20$ (UPS Express Saver®, DDP)
• The shipment is delivered duty paid (DDP), which means all costs, including transport, duties and taxes are taken care of.

Delivery:

We process your order within one (1) business day, from the time it's placed to when the package is handed to the carrier (UPS). The transit time depends on your location and can take up to 3-5 business days.

Where is my package?

Once your package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email.

This email will contain all the important delivery information, as well as a direct tracking link. You can use this link to check your package's current location and its estimated delivery date at any time.

Returns:

You can return your ordered items within 30 days at your own expense and risk and without reason.

Please fill in the return form for every return. Without this form we cannot guarantee a quick handling of your case. If you cannot find the form, please print one here for Return from North America.

Please consider the following points for a return:

• The article needs to be unused.
• The article needs to be in original packaging.
• The product needs to be equipped with all hang tags and labels.

Exchanges:

We are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Please send back the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

If you purchased your namuk product from a retailer, please return it to that retailer.

Refunds:

In the event of a return, the full value of the goods will be credited to your bank/PayPal account or credit card upon receipt and if the three points described above are met.

Your credit card will be credited within the next 10 days; it may take up to 30 days for this credit to appear on your statement.
