We process your order within one (1) business day, from the time it's placed to when the package is handed to the carrier (UPS, FedEx).

The shipment is delivered duty paid (DDP), which means all costs, including transport, duties and import taxes are taken care of.

The transit time for international shipments with UPS Express Saver® may vary depending on your location, but should take no longer than 4-5 business days.

Domestic (US) and Canada (CA):

• For orders with a value above USD 200: free shipping (UPS Express Saver®, DDP)
• For orders with a value up to USD 200: USD 20$ (UPS Express Saver®, DDP)

 

Returns

You can return your ordered items within 30 days without reason.

However, as we are constantly striving to improve our service, we would be very grateful if you could provide a reason on the return form.

Please consider the following points for a return:

• The article needs to be unused.
• The article needs to be in original packaging.
• The product needs to be equipped with all hang tags and labels.

The return of an article is made on your own cost and risk. In case of a return we will refund you the value to your bank-/PayPal account or your credit card.
