Meet our namuk Ambassador - Kirsty Pardede

Together with her husband Hardin, their two children Arlo and Eia, and their dog Marley, Kirsty travels from crag to crag in a self-converted campervan – always in search of the next adventure. For her, it’s never about performance, but about connection: to nature, to each other, to oneself. On Instagram kirstypardede she shares life on the road – with climbing joy, honest words about fear and courage, and the little everyday moments in the van.

The Family's Looks

The favorite outfits of the brave climbing family in action:

Why we love namuk
How often do Arlo and Eia wear namuk? “I think the better question is: how often not,” Kirsty laughs. “Probably always. Yeah, pretty much always.” Whether climbing, hiking, or playing outside – the clothing is part of the family’s everyday adventures.
“The kids love the gear,” says Kirsty. “The pants are great for climbing.” They love the zip-off trousers and are always wearing their namuk hiking shoes. “Honestly, everything – shorts, pants, jackets, fleece, backpacks – it’s all part of our adventures.”
Kirsty knows exactly what her kids love most: “Eia loves her zip-off pants, and Arlo his long sleeves.” One piece she especially raves about: “The Cordura pants – they’re incredible. They last forever.”

About Kirsty Pardede

A life between climbing walls, campervan and homeschooling – that’s everyday life for Kirsty and her family. For the past two years, they’ve been traveling through Europe in their self-built van – always on the lookout for the next climbing adventure.

What began as a simple weekend trip to the mountains became their way of life. For Kirsty, nature is not an escape – it’s home. Climbing, to her, is much more than just movement: “It’s communication, connection, emotion. And a beautiful way to walk alongside our children.”

On Instagram, Kirsty shares how her family grows through life outdoors – while climbing, living in the van, or creating little things from natural treasures.

That’s exactly why she fits so well with namuk.
